Photo: Alpha beach overflow this morning

Here's a pic of the surrounding areas of Alpha Beach. The beach became angry this morning and overflow its banks. Ocean View Estate is seriously effected including surrounding houses. Squatters around the beach have been rendered homeless. Are the people who live around this area in any danger...? Could it get worse than this?
